Opportunity Wheel
The Opportunity Wheel is an easy way to get an overview of the current situation in your organisation and to identify some of the most critical business areas. The wheel consists of 8 business areas.
For each area, rate how satisfied you are respectively with each area of your organisation, from a scale from 1 to 10 where 1 indicates that you’re very unsatisfied with the specific area, and 10 very satisfied.
When you have submitted the numbers for all areas an overview of the result will be shown immediately.
