The Coaching Process:

  • 10 sessions with a professional coach
  • First session: 2 hours
  • Normal session: 1 hour
  • In between sessions: Tasks will be handed out to the manager in agreement.
  • There will be contact with the coach in between sessions
  • Where: At the customers’ location
